Consultation

The primary step is to consult us for your bins and sacks collection needs. If you already know the type of waste bin or bag you need, we will provide a customised plan on the spot. Depending on the kind of waste, for instance, glass, food, cardboard, and furniture, and the amount of waste generated, you have the option to choose waste bins or bags, as well as the frequency and the schedule for pick-ups.

We’ll also require additional information like the location of pick-up (in front of the building, backdoor, down the road, etc.), schools nearby (to maintain speed limits for safety), and any other valuable details for risk assessment of the site.

Site Visit

If you are sceptical about the type and size of waste, we can help you pick the ultimate bins and sacks collection plan. Our experts will reach your location to analyse and categorise the waste and offer an affordable quote. We provide reliable and customised collection plans based on your business.

We also conduct the Risk Assessment at this stage. It covers all safety hazards during the collection. This may include checking the lighting in the surrounding area, the presence of a forklift, and if safety gloves or equipment are required. During the site visit, the sales team takes notes of all these details and mentions them in the risk assessment (which is sent along with the contract).

Custom Collection Plan

We boast a streamlined bin and sack collection system befitting varied business types. There are a range of bin sizes—from 240L to 1100L. Sacks are 70L and serve small businesses with minimal waste and customers with no space for waste bins. You can also select a desirable frequency.

For instance, we can collect your waste every day of the week during the morning or only on Friday evenings—the choice is yours. Businesses with higher waste but low bin space can also opt for daily sack collection. The sacks are typically left on the pavement for our collections.

Please note: On contract confirmation, bins and sacks are allotted. Bins and sacks have a delivery charge and will reach our customers within a week. The sacks are charged upfront (by the roll), but the collection is free. For bins, the bins themselves are free. You can pay for the collections upfront or by the end of the month, whichever is preferable.

Contract & Booking

Once the quote is agreed upon, a contract and risk assessment will be sent online. Once signed, you will receive a final confirmation from the team via email or text. Furthermore, our contracts are seamless and can be terminated with one month’s notice.

Delivery

Once the contract and booking phase is complete, the bins or sacks will be delivered to your location within a week. You can sit back and relax while Landmark takes care of the rest. During this phase, we can request you to send pictures of the waste and even set up a site visit for a better understanding of the waste. Once the entire collection is confirmed and the contract is signed by you, we will deliver the bins/sacks within 5-10 working days.
